EOA, an anti-aging beauty brand, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Derma Instrument Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Seungwook), a specialized beauty device manufacturer, to collaborate on product manufacturing, sales, and joint development of patented technology IP.
EOA is a subsidiary of The Future, a global wellness company led by CEO Do Kyungbaek. The brand has been expanding its presence in the home beauty market by introducing beauty device lineups that incorporate advanced skin-care technologies such as radiofrequency (RF) and high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), positioning itself with strong technical expertise and professionalism.
Derma Instrument Co., Ltd., EOA’s new partner, is a specialized manufacturer of cosmetics and home beauty devices with capabilities spanning the entire beauty device value chain—from planning and design to manufacturing and sales. The company is particularly recognized for its ability to implement core dermatology-grade technologies, including HIFU and EMS, into devices at a high level, and is expected to further strengthen EOA’s competitiveness in the anti-aging device segment.
Through this partnership, EOA stated that it aims to go beyond simple product sales and establish a systematic approach to product and brand management, covering development, production, marketing, distribution, and IP management. This strategy is intended to elevate EOA into a globally representative anti-aging beauty brand that delivers both superior performance and high consumer satisfaction.
Notably, “Pultenza,” a beauty device officially launched on the 27th of this month, is a newly developed product resulting from joint R&D between EOA and Derma Instrument. The device applies the principle of non-invasive RF treatment, delivering radiofrequency energy to the dermal layer to help support collagen regeneration and improve pore firmness.
Pultenza features EOA’s proprietary time-division “multiplexing” technology, which simultaneously outputs radiofrequency (RF), low-frequency electrical stimulation (EMS), and LED to support overall skin condition improvement. It offers three modes—Daily, Tightening, and Repair— and is designed with a 4×4 gold tip structure, the same configuration used by professional skin clinics, to enhance energy delivery efficiency. Manufactured in Korea, the device has also obtained KC certification, further reinforcing its reliability and safety.
Lee Seungwook, CEO of Derma Instrument Co., Ltd., commented,
“This collaboration with EOA strengthens cooperation between our two companies and lays the groundwork for delivering a wider range of services through new technology development, contributing to the expansion of the beauty market amid the rapidly growing home beauty device sector.”
An EOA representative added,
“By partnering with Derma Instrument, a company with outstanding technical capabilities, we have established a strategic partnership that secures not only product manufacturing and sales but also core technology IP through joint development. We will continue to introduce home beauty solutions that enable dermatology- and aesthetic-level care at home, and firmly establish ourselves as a competitive K-beauty brand in the global market.”
