The Future Expands Global Consumer Engagement at KOOM 2025 in New York

Global wellness group The Future (CEO Kyungbaek Do) successfully concluded its participation in KOOM 2025, a global K-culture festival held in New York, further strengthening its connection with international consumers.

Launched in San Francisco in 2019, KOOM has grown into the largest Korean startup and K-culture exhibition in the United States, showcasing Korean culture across food, K-pop, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. According to the organizers, the 2025 event attracted approximately 10,000 attendees, including entrepreneurs, investors, and global media representatives.

At this year’s event, The Future operated a main exhibition booth featuring three of its brands—Calo, EOA, and Calorie Bar Wellness Center. The booth drew an average of 2,000 visitors per day, creating strong on-site engagement. In particular, women in their 20s to 40s made up a significant portion of visitors, with attendees from diverse nationalities demonstrating strong interest in K-wellness.

On-site experience programs proved especially popular, allowing visitors to directly try Calo’s healthcare devices and EOA’s beauty devices, including the “Fullcera PRO.” Attendees responded positively to the products’ advanced technology, refined design, and compelling brand storytelling, according to company representatives.

In addition, CEO Kyungbaek Do was invited as a speaker for an IR session, where he presented the growth outlook of the K-healthcare and K-beauty industries along with The Future’s global expansion strategy to investors and industry professionals. The company is accelerating its market entry efforts across key regions, including the United States, China, and Japan, as part of its multi-market growth roadmap.

Beyond its participation in KOOM 2025, The Future continues to expand its global footprint through a range of international initiatives. In August, the company received the “Top Sales & Highest Growth Award 2024” at TikTok Korea’s E-commerce on TikTok event, further validating its strong competitiveness and growth potential in the global market.

“Through KOOM 2025, we were able to directly engage with consumers from around the world and demonstrate the strength of our brands,” said Kyungbaek Do, CEO of The Future. “Building on the wellness expertise we have developed in Korea, we will continue to actively expand into North America and other global markets, positioning ourselves as a leading brand in K-wellness worldwide.”

Starting with its health functional food brand Dr. Blet, The Future has established a strong presence in the wellness industry by launching multiple hit brands, including inner beauty brand Nothing Better. More recently, the company has further solidified its identity as a global wellness group through the expansion of its portfolio, which now includes wellness healthcare brand Calo, beauty device brand EOA, and Calorie Bar Diet.
