Global wellness group The Future (CEO Do Kyung-baek) was named a “2026 Youth Job Creation Powerhouse” by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

The Youth Job Creation Powerhouse program honors small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide for excellence in youth hiring, compensation, job stability, and profitability. This year, 224 companies earned this distinction, which provides financial and institutional advantages.

The Future stated that this recognition highlights its HR stability and excellent working environment, including job security, competitive wages, and robust employee benefits, positioning the company as a top employer for young professionals.

To advance employee wellness, The Future is upgrading its wellness-focused benefits in 2026. In partnership with the sports and lifestyle platform Jample, staff receive a quarterly wellness stipend of 3,000 points, redeemable for fitness and accommodation services. The company also offers “Fresh Day” on the first Tuesday of each month, delivering nutritious, wellness-centered meals such as sandwiches, burgers, and baked goods.

Additional benefits include subsidized health checkups, paid leave, and milestone bonuses for employees at 3, 5, and 7 years of service.
