Wellness and healthcare brand Calo and wellness diet brand Calorie Bar Diet have announced the appointment of singer Soyou, formerly of K-pop group SISTAR, as their new brand ambassador.

Since embarking on her solo career, Soyou has earned widespread recognition for her consistent self-management and healthy lifestyle. Through regular exercise and balanced nutrition, she has established a strong, healthy image, making her a trusted and influential figure among consumers interested in dieting, wellness, and self-care.

Calo and Calorie Bar Diet highlighted Soyou’s genuine commitment to self-management, noting that she has personally used the brand’s products—including the EMS Slim Maker Pro, which she purchased herself. The brand explained that Soyou was selected as a model because her practical experience and disciplined approach closely align with Calo’s core philosophy of “Better Body, Better Life.”

With Soyou joining existing brand ambassador Daniel Henney, Calo and Calorie Bar Diet expect strong synergy that will further elevate the brand’s image and credibility in the wellness market.

To celebrate Soyou’s appointment, both brands are hosting a series of special promotions. Throughout January, Calo is running a promotional campaign under the theme “NEW MUSE Calo X Soyou,” featuring a raffle for wellness prizes totaling 8 million won on its official website. Customers who purchase the Soyou Home Workout Routine Set will also receive an additional complimentary gift, while select signature products will be offered at discounts of up to 60%.

Meanwhile, Calorie Bar Diet is offering subscription discounts of up to 62% during the same period. All customers will receive a complimentary diffuser, and those who spend over 2 million won will receive an additional Calorie Booster Bracelet.
