Bringing Treatment Frequencies into the Home

The difference between professional dermatology treatments and home care is not simply a matter of marketing. It is also about frequency.

6.78MHz RF is the same frequency used in professional dermatology treatment settings, operating at a different depth from conventional home-use RF devices, which generally operate in the 1–2MHz range. This is why EOA designed Full Therma around 6.78MHz RF, positioned as the first and only device of its kind in Korea.

The lineup consists of three devices and four PowerGF topical products, creating a total of seven lines.

Rather than functioning as standalone products, the devices are designed to be paired with dedicated topicals.

Three Devices, Three Different Depths

6.78MHz Full Therma

  • 6.78MHz RF

  • Positioned as the first and only 6.78MHz RF home-care device of its kind in Korea

  • Same frequency used in professional dermatology treatments

  • 40–50°C temperature range associated with collagen production

RF (Radio Frequency) is a technology that heats the dermal layer of the skin to stimulate signals associated with collagen synthesis.

6.78MHz is positioned to reach the dermal layer at a depth of 1–4mm with relatively uniform energy distribution. Full Therma occupies the category of home-care devices designed around the same frequency used in professional treatments.

HIFU Full Sera PRO

  • HIFU reaching the 4.5mm SMAS layer

  • TCP (Thermal Coagulation Point): 40–60°C

  • Dual-layer depths: 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.5mm

HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) concentrates ultrasound energy at specific points to act on the SMAS layer at a depth of up to 4.5mm.

While RF focuses on the dermal layer and collagen-related activity, HIFU operates on the underlying SMAS layer, addressing a different depth and area of skin laxity.

This difference in depth is what gives the two technologies their distinct positions.

Full Tenza

  • RF (1–2MHz) + EMS + three types of LED simultaneous output

  • Positioned as the first of its kind in Korea

  • 24K pure-gold diamond tip

Full Tenza combines three outputs—RF, EMS, and LED—in a single device.

A 24K pure-gold diamond tip forms the skin-contact surface, while monopolar and multipolar RF technologies are paired to address different depths within the skin.

Where PowerGF Topicals Meet the Devices

Synergy Boosting Gel
A dedicated conductive gel for device use, formulated with 70–80% water and glycerin to help facilitate the transmission of RF and ultrasound energy.

PowerGF Repair Calming Cream
PowerGF Complex + EGF/FGF repair formula.

PowerGF Tight Shot Ampoule
PowerGF Complex + concentrated EGF/FGF formula.

PowerGF Wrinkle Pore Plumping Mist
PowerGF Complex + nano-stabilized EGF/FGF mist.

The Synergy Boosting Gel is designed to help RF and ultrasound energy reach the skin more evenly during device use.

The three PowerGF products combine EGF and FGF as part of the skin-recovery routine following treatment, creating a system intended to be used alongside the devices on the same day.

From 1–2 Year Treatment Intervals to 30 Minutes a Day

Professional dermatology treatments may take place once every one to two years. While an individual treatment can represent a significant investment, the time between treatments remains largely untouched.

EOA’s lineup focuses on those intervals.

Thirty minutes a day between professional treatments.

The goal is not to replace clinical procedures, but to create a layer of consistent home care that accumulates between treatment sessions.

There are also important considerations.

For RF and HIFU devices, medical consultation should take priority in cases of active skin conditions or pregnancy. The devices should not be used by people with pacemakers or implanted medical devices.

Daily sunscreen use is also an important part of a comprehensive skin-care routine alongside RF and HIFU care.

Who Is It For?

  • Adults in their 30s–60s with experience with professional RF or HIFU treatments who want to incorporate more home care

  • Those looking to fill the 1–2 year intervals between professional treatments with a daily routine

  • Those who prefer a paired system of devices and dedicated topical products from one brand

When to Step Back

  • People with pacemakers or implanted medical devices (do not use)

  • During pregnancy or breastfeeding, after consultation with a medical professional

  • People with active skin conditions, after consultation with a medical professional
